This 5-inch Control Display Unit is self-contained and features the addition of a QWERTY style keyboard. The keyboard assists the operator in quickly inputting or changing data on-the-fly, helping to maintain situational awareness. It also features an LED backlight with a high-bright sunlight readable display. When loaded with communications software, this CDU is part of an Operator Subsystem, suitable for fixed-wing applications. Dzus rail mounts ensure secure, predictable placement.
